In 2020, Earl earned Toastmasters’ highest distinction — the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) — and completed the Pathways Mentor Program (Certified).
Today, he continues his pursuit of the Accredited Speaker designation, a global honor reserved for fewer than 100 professional speakers worldwide.
